Event Production Coordinator
Full-Time / ContractOversee end-to-end event logistics for corporate galas, private celebrations, and brand activations. You will manage vendor relationships, on-site timelines, and ensure flawless execution from concept through strike.
AV & Lighting Technician
Contract / Per-EventDesign and operate audio-visual systems, stage lighting, and technical production for high-end events. Experience with professional-grade equipment and a calm, solutions-oriented presence under pressure are essential.
Concierge & Lifestyle Associate
Full-TimeServe as a dedicated point of contact for our Essential and Executive concierge members. Responsibilities include travel coordination, exclusive reservations, personal shopping, and anticipating client needs before they arise.
VIP Hospitality Specialist
Contract / Per-EventDeliver white-glove guest experiences at private events and exclusive gatherings. You will manage VIP arrivals, coordinate with venue staff, and ensure every guest feels personally attended to throughout the event.
Premium Bartender
Contract / Per-EventCraft bespoke cocktail menus and provide elevated bar service for intimate dinners, corporate receptions, and private parties. Certification and experience in luxury hospitality settings strongly preferred.
Event Photographer / Videographer
Contract / Per-EventCapture the moments that define our clients' most important occasions. We seek professionals with a refined aesthetic, discretion in private settings, and the ability to deliver polished deliverables on tight timelines.
Brand Activation Specialist
Contract / Project-BasedConcept and execute immersive brand experiences for corporate clients and consumer-facing activations. You will collaborate with brand teams, manage on-site crews, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the client's identity.
Vendor & Operations Coordinator
Full-TimeBuild and maintain our network of preferred vendors — florists, caterers, transportation, entertainment, and more. You will negotiate contracts, manage logistics, and ensure every partner meets the Provenance standard.
